Shipping policy
We at Alive Edge Designs offer 3 options for shipping and/or delivery & assembly (where it applies).
- For the majority of our orders, we book our shipments through our trusted partners in freight brokerage. This includes curbside delivery via freight truck. Which freight trucks are used will vary depending on their availability as well as the destination location (some freight trucks only deliver from west coast to east coast, whereas some others only travel from southern California to northern California). We cannot hold shipping rate quotes for more than one business day as they can fluctuate from day to day. We also cannot guarantee shipping ETA's as those time frames have the potential to change depending on the time of year (holiday seasons are the most impacted and have the most delays), and/or unpredictable and uncontrollable weather conditions. In some rare cases, shipments may be delayed for reasons not listed and we cannot be held responsible for those delays incurred while in transit.
- In some cases, we offer local delivery and assembly (in the Southern California areas; Los Angeles, San Diego, some parts of Nevada and some areas of Northern California). Prices and availability for our In-house delivery are not guaranteed and can vary depending on location zip code, residence or business, and location details. - Client is free to arrange for their own shipping/delivery and/or pick-up.
