Returns
Alive Edge Designs is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. That is why from the beginning of our interactions with any of our clients, we take care to involve clear and concise communication regarding all aspects of the order including, but not limited to; custom work, plank or slab selection, sizing, staining, particular legs, finish, etc. We also provide detailed photos of our progress of the project from beginning to end (upon request of the client). As a further step towards ensuring our clients' satisfaction, we either send final photos of the table prior to ship out or the client has the option to view the project in person prior to accepting the table in its entirety. In the event that a client would like to return their table, we do offer a Return Policy and it differs slightly depending mostly on the nature of the Project;
- Clients can return their purchase(s) up to 14 days from either receiving the product by mail/freight truck or from the 1st day the product is picked up at the warehouse up until the 14th day limit.
- Clients will be refunded the full amount of their original purchase price (not including shipping) for any purchases that are Standard, non-customized items. Standard, non-Customized items include any tables, benches, mantles, headboards, i.e. any items that were already finished and available as a listing online when the purchase was made. A Customized item is considered any new item that has yet to be handcrafted especially for the client and may include, but not limited to, the following custom details: custom sizing, custom staining, and/or cut or lengthening. For the return of a Customized item, the client will receive the full amount of the original purchase price less a 30% restocking fee. This does not include the original shipping fees.
- The item must return in its original condition free of any damages, alterations, or substitutions (Same table, same legs, same leg placement, etc.).
- Client will pay for the return shipping in full and is responsible for arranging their own return shipping.
- Any items returned after the 14 day window will be subject to review and discretion. Refunds will be processed within a 30 day window from when the item has been returned and deemed in satisfactory condition.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
